COMING BACK TO YOU.
I provide a warm, thoughtful, and collaborative space where you can slow down, feel understood, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you are navigating anxiety, feeling disconnected in your relationships, or seeking a stronger sense of direction, we’ll work together to help you come back to yourself—more grounded, clear, and connected.
THE PATH.
I help you uncover the deeper emotional and relational patterns that shape how you think, feel, and connect. By identifying these "blueprints," we can break cycles of self-criticism and disconnection and move towards greater self-trust, clarity and intimacy.
My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and relational. I integrate specialized methodologies to help you move from feeling “stuck” to feeling empowered:
• Relational Self-Awareness Couple Therapy Certification (RSA): Certified in the framework developed by Dr. Alexandra Solomon of Northwestern University. This approach provides practical tools for navigating modern love and building healthier connections.
• Relational Life Therapy (RLT): Advanced Training by Terry Real, designed to break through the defensive patterns that keep individuals and couples stuck.
• Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP): Certified training focused on helping the mind and body return to a state of safety and resilience.
A UNIQUE PERSPECTIVE FOR CREATIVES & PROFESSIONALS.
In addition to my clinical background, I bring a creative foundation from my years in the entertainment industry and my work as a photographer. This gives me a unique lens into the inner worlds of those navigating high-pressure careers, identity shifts, or major life transitions. I specialize in supporting those who appear high-functioning on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unseen on the inside. I understand how the very drive and pressure that lead to professional success can often result in a sense of internal isolation or burnout.
CLINICAL FOUNDATION & EXPERIENCE.
Beyond my private practice, I have worked in substance use treatment and serve as a supervisor with Cedars-Sinai’s TeenLine. My background includes supporting teens, adults, and families through:
* Anxiety and Depression
* Relationship Challenges & Parenting
* Life Transitions
* Identity, Purpose, Focus and Career Directions
