I'm committed to creating a safe, welcoming space where you can explore, grow, and find the clarity you're seeking. I believe therapy is a collaborative process—together, we’ll work to shift perspectives, overcome obstacles, and create the changes you want in your life. With specialized training in anxiety, relationships, and attachment, as well as certification as a Certified Client Trauma Professional (CCTP), I take a trauma-informed and integrative approach to help you uncover what’s holding you back and develop tools for greater self-acceptance, joy, and fulfillment.
In addition to my work as a therapist, I bring a creative background from the entertainment industry and my experience as a photographer. This allows me to connect with clients navigating creative careers, identity challenges, or life transitions.
I have a comprehensive practice that includes a wide range of areas, including anxiety, depression, nurturing healthier relationships (including those impacted by narcissistic dynamics), career growth, life transitions, recovery, and parenting support. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience in private practice, at a substance abuse treatment center, and as a supervisor at Cedars-Sinai’s TeenLine program.
Therapy can be a powerful way to find support, navigate life’s challenges, and build resilience and purpose. Finding the right therapist is an important step in your journey. Feel free to reach out so we can connect and see if we’re a good fit to work together.
